What is physical therapy – Physical therapy is nonsurgical treatment that helps you recover the use of the affected joints and muscles and helps you return to work and everyday activities.
What is occupational therapy – Occupational therapy is skilled treatment that helps individuals achieve independence in all facets of their lives. It gives people the "skills for the job of living" necessary for independent and satisfying lives.

How do I make an appointment – Call any clinic location (clinics)and speak with our intake personnel who will schedule you an appointment within 24 hours.

What should I expect on my first visit – After completion of new patient intake paperwork you will be seen by a physical therapist for initial evaluation followed by a physician that will produce your treatment plan.

What do I need to bring – Bring all relevant information regarding your injury, that would include notes, reports or x-rays if you visited the emergency room. Additionally photo identification.

What if I cannot make my scheduled appointment – Call the clinic and speak to the front desk representative, try to give at least 12 to 24 hours notice. The front desk representative will reschedule your appointment over the telephone.

What about insurance – Progressive Medical is a participating provider in Anthem, we also take workers compensation, auto insurance medical coverage and private pay.

What about co-pays – If applicable you will be required to make your co-payment at time of visit.

What about my family doctor – We do not take the place of your family doctor and you are recommended to keep up with any treatments that your family doctor has prescribed. We will provide your family doctor with all information in relation to your treatment.
